Wednesday 7th December 2011

Every applicant is invited to an interview. This is a friendly, informal session to help us to get to know the girls better.

At this stage, we will also contact your daughter’s current school to find out a little more about her.

Wednesday 11th January 2012

We invite all candidates to sit examinations in English and Mathematics. Each paper lasts one hour and 15 minutes. We try to ensure this process is as relaxed as possible.

A number of academic and music scholarships are awarded each year. These are up to a maximum of 50 per cent of fees.

Please note that only candidates who sit the examination papers on this day can be considered for an academic scholarship. (There is no separate academic scholarship paper.)

A limited number of means-tested bursaries are available for up to 100 per cent of school fees for pupils moving into Year 7. Parents are encouraged to contact the school office for details on how to apply.

Monday 5th March 2012:

Closing date for acceptances.

We will ask all successful applicants to confirm that they would like to accept the place by returning the acceptance form along with a deposit of £1000.

May 2012:

We invite you to join our Getting to Know You Day. This is an opportunity for those girls and families new to our school to get to know us better.

July 2012:

We invite all girls about to begin year 7 to a Let’s Get Started event.

Your daughter will be able to meet their new form tutor as well as the other girls joining her in Year 7.
