Year 6 left to face a week of many challenges at Fairthorne Manor in Hampshire. Some of these included Burma Bridge, a single wire crossing a lake with vines, and a rope bridge. The team challenge involved an assault course testing skill, strength, stamina - and you also got extremely muddy!
Towers consisted of two levels of wire, on the lower one you worked as a team to get across the towers using only 3 planks of wood. On the higher wire, you used all of your bravery trying to cross the single and double wire on your own!!
Other activities included a disco and a campfire, and we enjoyed every minute of it. For some girls, even the hot chocolate before bed was a highlight.
