Putney Ideas Exchange (PIE) opened the new season of talks with a visit from Lord Newby, co-Chair of the Liberal Democrat Treasury Parliamentary Party Committee and former Chief of Staff to Charles Kennedy during his period as Leader. Speaking to a large audience Lord Newby spoke about politics today and then answered many questions from the floor.
