A seminar is being held as part of Putney’s ongoing programme to support girls in making applications to world class universities.
Getting into Medical School is being hosted by Putney Old Girl Emma Redshaw, now a medical student at Cardiff.
She returns to the school on November 5 to give tips on applying to medical school, explaining what it is really like to study the subject.
Emma’s expertise is particularly valuable as she previously sat on the admissions panel for Swansea’s medical course and knows what the current course involves.
Emma is volunteering abroad in South Belize for the Hillside Healthcare International, which provides much needed medical equipment and care. To raise money for this organisation, she is asking participants for a £20.00 donation.
