Year 9 enjoyed a sun soaked Geography field visit to Nower Wood near Leatherhead.

To increase their knowledge of deciduous woodland ecosystems they created their own plant keys, collected and classified creepy crawlies and carried out a plant species diversity study. Follow up work will enable them to further their understanding of how ecosystems respond to environmental changes.
