Putney High School held its annual Old Girls Reunion, bringing together staff, former staff, governors, pupils – and of course, old girls.
Among the largest groups celebrating were ‘old girls’ who left the school in 1948.
Also present were some whose names feature on the school’s Honours Board, including Loveday Thomas – Trust Scholar in 1941 - and Auriol Ford nee Lark, who won an open Scholarship to the Royal College of Music in 1966. Several Head Girls were also present, from 1942 to the present day.
The Library's archive display was well attended as Old Girls reminisced and exchanged memories.
