Twelve runners from Years 7 and 8 competed in the Junior Knole Run at Sevenoaks School, one of the most important events in the cross country calender. Thirty schools entered over 250 runners to compete in the 1.5 mile run over a rough hilly course through Knole Park.
Kate Brown ran a magnificent race to finish 3rd overall, followed by Dora Marshall, Maddie Shaw and Hannah Jusu-Sheriff. This meant that they qualified as the A team overall and finished in 3rd place. Willa Ferrabee, Amirah Goodwin, Olivia Gibson and Jessica Free finished as the B team in 12th place. The C team was made up of Freya Bauman, Tatianna Cooke, Caoimhe Ni Shuilleabhain and Hanika Niwano, finishing in 22nd place. Well done girls.
