Year 3 enjoyed a brilliant Roman day which linked in really well with their studies of the Romans. The girls came dressed for the occasion in Roman togas made out of pillow cases and sheets.  They took part in workshops lead by a tutor also dressed as a Roman;  the girls had different activities to complete that were all associated with ancient Roman daily life. They also enjoyed dressing up as Roman warriors with shields and swords to learn about Roman warfare. 

All the girls had great day as did all the mums who came to help!
