On Tuesday 20th September left handers in the junior school had their South Paw picnic. They had super fun playing many exciting games that the girls from Y5 and Y6 had created, while filling their tummies with yummy cakes and sweets.
Miss Hardaker (also a left hander!) who organised the picnic, was very pleased with the event. At the picnic the older girls set up numerous amounts of fun activities to play, all of them involved using your left hand. These games included throwing a ball into a bucket with your left hand, guessing which celebrity is left or right handed, and bowling with tin cans and conkers!
Overall it was a perfect first left handers picnic for Miss Hardaker and all the lefthanders who all had a wonderful time.
