Rowing at Putney goes from strength to strength with more than 80 rowers from Years 7 to 13.

The biggest win saw the senior girls crowned National Junior Indoor Team Champions.

Our rowers have competed at prestigious events such as Henley and in America at the Head of the Charles. Such events are the biggest in the sport and to compete in them at any point in a rowing career is a great achievement.

Girls won at Putney Town, Richmond, Cambridge and Kingston regattas.

The club is coached by Olympian Richard Ayling and has a fleet of 18 boats.

Putney rewards its athletes with an annual black tie dinner for the senior squad and old girls. This sense of community means that the girls train together, have fun together - and win together.
