Emma plays Charlie, daughter of Sophia Byrne (played by Sophie Ward) and granddaughter of Jane Asher's character Lady Byrne. 

Emma's acting career began when she was scouted to audition for the role of young Lily, Harry Potter's mother, in the current blockbuster.

Though she did not secure that part, the experience positioned her to audition for the Holby City role.

Her scenes are with Jane Asher, Sophie Ward and Patsy Kensit's character Faye Byrne.

Holby City is broadcast on December 28th at 8pm on BBC 1.
