Mantoux Testing & BCG Immunisation

Please return forms as soon as possibleMantoux Testing  &  BCG Immunisation

Within the next few weeks your daughter will be bringing home screening forms for Mantoux testing and possible BCG Immunisation.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THESE FORMS TO BE FULLY COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE SCHOOL  WITHIN THE WEEK.

If these forms are not returned to school within the time frame, it may not be possible to include your daughter in the screening process.  This immunisation cannot be obtained from your GP.

Once the forms have been collated, if your daughter meets the criteria for Mantoux testing she will be given a consent form to bring home for your completion.
