Classics Competition

Poseidon cake! Poseidon is one of the most powerful, and sometimes, most destructive, of the Ancient Greek gods. Putney girls studying Classics, in Year 7 especially, responded to the challenge of producing a painting or model of Poseidon for the Hellenic Society's annual schools  art-work competition. One tapestry and one cake (or rather this photograph as the cake has been eaten!) have also been submitted. Results will be known in the summer term.
